This yoga is all about undoing the knots and making you feel good. Imagine easy moves that loosen up your back, shoulders, and hips – just what you need. No fancy stuff, just straightforward twists and stretches. It’s like hitting the reset button after a long day. Breathe deep, move freely, and let go of that work stress. Whether tied to a desk or on your feet all day, this yoga is your go-to for feeling better, stronger, and more balanced. No frills, just real results.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slower-paced, quiet, contemplative practice where the poses are typically held for three to five minutes to target the connective tissues. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement. This practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restores your energy levels. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension.
